Hello, Everyone! This time is part 2 where we will make the game content. In this tutorial, we will make the title screen, gameplay, ending, and game over. Also, it will be a long tutorial so I provided a content index too :3.
Now, let's make how our title screen game looks like when someone opened our game. You don't have to be 100% like the screenshot above for the next steps.
a. We will have to make a title screen for our game.
b. Now, we want to create a menu so the player can start to play a game.
c. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
Now, let's make a gameplay. In this tutorial, we will to create a game about a hero who wanted to defeat an evil monster. We will make an option decide whether the hero should defeat the monster or not.
a. Create your hero.
b. Create an evil monster
c. Make a question for what the hero should do the monster
d. Make choices
Now, let's make an ending, which is about if the hero defeated the monster.
a. Make your hero as the winner who defeated the monster
b. Make the evil monster who got defeated by the hero
c. Make a congratulation text that you have won the game
d. Make an exit text
e. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
Also, let's make a game over screen if the monster defeated the hero.
a. Make your hero as the loser who got defeated by the monster.
b. Make the evil monster who defeated the hero
c. Make a bad news text that you have lost the game
d. Make an exit text
e. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
Ok, you are done making the game content! Congratulation! However, you still can't play the game yet. Since you need to link them! So, the the next part will be about "Hyperlinking".

Preparation
First before we start, let's do a small and easy configuration. At the start, the presentation page will look like this:- Change New Slide into Blank so you can fill more with what you want
- Delete the Slide 1 since it won't be needed
- Create more Blank slides until you have 4 empty slides
- Save as "My First Game.pptx" or any you want
If you do it each step correctly, the presentation page will look like this:
1. Making Title Screen
Now, let's make how our title screen game looks like when someone opened our game. You don't have to be 100% like the screenshot above for the next steps.
a. We will have to make a title screen for our game.
- Go to "Insert >> WordArt"
- Choose any style you want
- Type "My First Game!"
b. Now, we want to create a menu so the player can start to play a game.
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen
- Type "Start Game"
c. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
2. Making Gameplay Screen
Now, let's make a gameplay. In this tutorial, we will to create a game about a hero who wanted to defeat an evil monster. We will make an option decide whether the hero should defeat the monster or not.
a. Create your hero.
- Go to "Insert >> Shapes"
- Choose the Smiley Face like the image shown below
- Put it somewhere like in the left
b. Create an evil monster
- Go to "Insert >> Shapes"
- Choose Oval
- Put it somewhere and be sure to make it bigger than the hero
- For the eyes, go to "Insert >> Shapes"
- Choose the Chords like the image shown below
- Put it into the big oval shape like the screenshot
- Rotate the eye a bit to suit an angry evil eye
- Make another eye
c. Make a question for what the hero should do the monster
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen.
- Type "What should do hero do to the evil monster?"
d. Make choices
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen.
- Type "Fight"
- Make another choice again, but this time type "Give up"
e. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
3. Making Ending Screen
Now, let's make an ending, which is about if the hero defeated the monster.
a. Make your hero as the winner who defeated the monster
- Copy paste the hero you made in the Slide 2
- Put it a bit top
b. Make the evil monster who got defeated by the hero
- Copy paste the monster you made in the slide 2
- Put it below the hero
c. Make a congratulation text that you have won the game
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen.
- Type "YOU WIN!!!"
d. Make an exit text
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen especially right bottom corner
- Type "Return"
e. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
4. Making Game Over Screen
Also, let's make a game over screen if the monster defeated the hero.
a. Make your hero as the loser who got defeated by the monster.
- Copy paste the hero you made in the Slide 2
- Put it somewhere in the left
- Rotate it a bit
- Click it then try to flip the mouth into sad face
b. Make the evil monster who defeated the hero
- Copy paste the monster you made in the slide 2
- Put it beside the hero
c. Make a bad news text that you have lost the game
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen.
- Type "YOU LOSE..."
d. Make an exit text
- Go to "Insert >> Text Box"
- Click anywhere in the white screen especially right bottom corner
- Type "Return"
e. If you did these steps, your page should be similar like the image below
Ok, you are done making the game content! Congratulation! However, you still can't play the game yet. Since you need to link them! So, the the next part will be about "Hyperlinking".
